The invention discloses an equipment full life cycle management method based on data mining. The method comprises the steps of collecting equipment ledger data, operation data and maintenance data; performing feature analysis and unified representation on the data; performing dimension reduction processing on the data through a K-means data clustering algorithm to generate a similar cluster; mining an association rule between the data attributes by utilizing an Apriori algorithm; performing fault classification according to the association rule, and constructing an equipment fault prediction model; constructing an equipment portrait label system according to the weights of the equipment operation data and the maintenance data; training the equipment fault prediction model based on the equipment ledger data, the operation data and the maintenance data to obtain an asset equipment portrait prediction model; and through the asset equipment portrait prediction model, predicting to obtain an equipment portrait prediction result of full life cycle operation, and through the equipment portrait prediction result and an equipment portrait label system, optimizing enterprise equipment assetdemand purchasing, use maintenance and scrapping links.
