The invention discloses an audio processing method and device, equipment and a medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a to-be-processed humming audio, and obtaining music information corresponding to the to-be-processed humming audio, the music information comprising note information and beat information per minute; determining a chord corresponding to the to-be-processed audio based on the note information and the beat information per minute; generating an MIDI file corresponding to the humming audio to be processed according to the note information and the beat information perminute; generating chord accompaniment audio corresponding to the humming audio to be processed according to the beat information per minute, the chord and chord accompaniment parameters acquired inadvance; and outputting the MIDI file and the chord accompaniment audio. In this way, the melody rhythm and chord accompaniment audio corresponding to the humming audio of the user can be generated, accumulative errors are not likely to be generated, and the music experience of different users is consistent.
