The invention discloses a grain logistics code tagging system based on an inventory identification code, which takes a container as a unit, and comprises: a grain reserve state identification code generation module which is used for generating a root code according to the goods allocation information and the root code mark, wherein the current goods allocation information and the grain attribute information generate a current code, and the root code and the current code form a grain reserve state identification code; a box sealing inspection grain identification code generation module which is used for generating a current code according to the current container information and the grain attribute information, wherein the root code and the current code form a box sealing inspection grain identification code; an in-box grain basic information identification code generation module which is used for generating in-box grain basic information identification codes according to grain property, variety codes and quality codes; and a container transportation historical logistics identification code generation module which is used for generating a current code by the current container information and the grain attribute information, forming a production place logistics code by the root code and the current code, and generating a container transportation historical logistics identification code by the production place logistics code and each link logistics code.
