Abstract

The invention provides a display control method and a preparation method of a display panel and a display device. The display panel comprises a backlight module and a display module located on the light emitting side of the backlight module, the backlight module comprises a plurality of subareas, and each subarea is provided with at least one light source; the display panel is provided with a plurality of sub-pixels; and each partition is corresponding to one or more sub-pixels. The display control method comprises the following steps: acquiring a brightness diffusion coefficient of a partition of the backlight module; for each sub-pixel, determining the display brightness of the sub-pixel according to the gray-scale value of the sub-pixel, the brightness diffusion coefficient and the gamma value of the display panel; and determining the brightness of each partition of the backlight module according to the original image data, controlling each partition to emit light according to the corresponding brightness, and controlling each sub-pixel to display at the corresponding display brightness.
