The invention provides a service auditing method and system, a readable storage medium and a computer program product, which can be used in the fields of artificial intelligence, information security, finance or other fields. The service auditing method comprises the following steps: in response to a login request which is sent by a field service person through a mobile auditing device and is used for logging in a management server, establishing communication connection between the mobile auditing device and the management server; under the condition that it is confirmed that an on-site intelligent self-service machine is in a safe state, receiving a service auditing application sent by a client through the intelligent self-service machine; returning a service sequence code sent in response to the service auditing application to the intelligent self-service machine, so that the intelligent self-service machine synchronizes to-be-audited service summary information including the service sequence code to the mobile auditing device; receiving auditing result summarized information obtained by auditing the to-be-audited service summarized information by field service personnel through the mobile auditing device; and sending verified audit result summary information to the self-service intelligent machine.
