The method comprises the steps that a physical state signal of a to-be-detected user is acquired; identifying the body state signal by using a pre-constructed body state identification model to obtain a body state identification result of the to-be-detected user, and selecting a preset number of candidate spectrum peaks from a frequency spectrum of the body state signal; calculating a weight value of each candidate spectrum peak by utilizing a heart rate transition probability model corresponding to the body state recognition result and each candidate spectrum peak; and taking the candidate spectrum peak with the maximum weight value as a heart rate detection result of the to-be-detected user.
