Compared with the prior art, the video frame in the multimedia information stored in the cache region is subjected to frame loss processing, so that the expired multimedia information is discarded, high real-time performance of the subsequently played multimedia information can be ensured, the video playing delay is reduced, and real-time supervision of a manager is facilitated.
