The shape can be a cylinder, or a triangular prism, or a polygonal prism such as a quadrangular prism. The two ends 2.2 of the horizontal connecting rod enter into the straight groove 3.1 of the fixed rod 3 provided with a universal joint, and are fixedly connected with it. The front end of the fixing rod 3 is provided with a screw 3.2 which can be fixedly connected with the first cervical vertebra 1 of the human body.
