The application discloses a Zr-based
metal glass and a flexible
internal fixation device with degradable assistance for a spine, and particularly relates to
orthopedic implant instruments and biomedical
metal materials. The device comprises a flexible
internal fixation main body arranged along the longitudinal direction of the spine, fixed connection areas arranged at both ends of the main body, a flexible
control area arranged in the middle part, an open accommodating space arranged in the flexible
control area, an internal auxiliary device arranged in the open accommodating space, and an external auxiliary device arranged outside the flexible
control area. The internal auxiliary device is locally attached to or embedded in the inner side of the main body, and the external auxiliary device is attached to, coated on, sleeved on or connected across the outer contour of the main body. The flexible
internal fixation main body is made of Zr-based
metal glass, and the internal auxiliary device and the external auxiliary device are both made of Mg-based metal glass. In the early stage of implantation, the internal and external auxiliary devices jointly form a synergistic reinforcing effect on the flexible control area; and in the later stage of implantation, the flexible response capability is gradually released, so that the rigidity is dynamically controlled.
