A pubis screw hole, a sacrum transverse screw hole and a sacrum dorsal side screw hole are formed in a pubis joint face, a sacrum ear-shaped face section and a sacrum back face respectively, a pubis screw is implanted into the opposite side pubis through the pubis screw hole, and a sacrum transverse locking micropore screw is transversely implanted into the sacrum in a first sacrum vertebral body and a second sacrum vertebral body through the sacrum transverse screw hole. A symphysis plate is provided for correcting or preventing separation of the anterior pelvic ring. In use, the plate is positioned superiorly over the pubic symphysis and anterior pelvis. It includes a pubis section that is curved in top view to match the natural contour of the anterior pelvic bones, either before separation or after repositioning. The plate also features one or more terminal sections extending from the pubis section, each ending in a terminal fixation point oriented toward the supra-acetabular bone. Multiple connection points are incorporated to receive fixing elements that secure the plate to both the pubis and terminal sections. The terminal fixation points are specifically configured to guide fixing elements along a trajectory that is substantially parallel or co-axial with the horizontal plane of the pubis section and the undersurface of the terminal sections.
