The method comprises: obtaining an acceleration signal generated by the orthosis brace with the subject moving, and an original pressure signal at an interface sensing point corresponding to a scoliosis part; determining an interface delay parameter caused by soft tissue viscoelasticity; generating a reconstructed pressure signal aligned with the phase of a motion feature point; mapping the acceleration signal to the force normal direction of the interface sensing point to obtain a normal motion acceleration representing the real-time motion state of the sensor; combining a local inertia response feature of the interface sensing point, which is pre-stored and represents the inertia mass distribution of the sensor component, to calculate a real-time inertia force component generated by the pressure sensing end from the normal motion acceleration; and vector stripping the real-time inertia force component from the reconstructed pressure signal to output a dynamic effective correction force signal reflecting the real force state of the scoliosis part.
