joint dislocation repairing method for a concrete panel to improve safety and reliability of
engineering operation. According to the technical scheme, the horizontal construction
joint dislocation repairing method for the concrete panel is characterized by comprising the following steps that firstly, the damage range of the portions, on the periphery of a horizontal construction joint, of the concrete panel is determined; secondly, the portions, in the damage range, of the concrete panel are chiseled away; thirdly, deformed reinforcing steel bars are
cut and repaired, the deformed reinforcing steel bars in the damage range are
cut off, and replacement reinforcing steel bars are used for replacing the
cut-off reinforcing steel bars; and fourthly, concrete panel backfilling is conducted, concrete is used for backfilling the chiseled area, and a repairing panel connecting an upper concrete panel body with a lower concrete panel body of the horizontal construction joint is formed, wherein the slope of the repairing panel is 1:K, K ranges from L-0.05 to L+0.05, and the designed
slope ratio of a down slope of the original concrete panel is 1:L. The horizontal construction
