Abstract

A method, apparatus, and system for managing events. A method receives mobile sensor information from mobile devices operated by human nodes in a location and determines whether the event has occurred at the location in which event management is needed for the event using the mobile sensor information. The method identifies resources needed for the event using the mobile sensor information in response to a determination that the event has occurred and allocates the resources identified to handle the event using the mobile sensor information.
