Preferably, the secondary connector 23 is a portion of hook-and-loop means. For example, the secondary connector 23 is...

second embodiment

[0027] Referring to FIG. 4, shown is a collapsible golf bag set according to the present invention. The second embodiment is identical to the first embodiment except using two threads 32 and 34 instead of the joint 31. The threads 32 and 34 are for engagement with each other in order to connect the sections of each of the columns 30 to each other. The threads 32 and 34 provide a stronger structure than the joint 31.

[0028] Referring to FIG. 5, shown is a collapsible golf bag set according to a third embodiment of the present invention. The third embodiment is like the first embodiment except using an insert 33 and a socket 35 instead of the joint 31. The insert 33 is for insertion in the socket 35 so as to interconnect the sections of each column 30. The insert 33 and the socket 35 provide a stronger structure than the joint 31.

fourth embodiment

[0029] Referring to FIG. 6, shown is a collapsible golf bag set according to the present invention. The fourth embodiment is like the first embodiment except using buttons 13′ and 23′ instead of hook means 13 and 23 and slits 43′ instead of loop means 43. The buttons 13′ and 23′ can be driven through the slits 43′.
