Benefits of technology

[0008]A main object of the present invention is to provide a smoking tool which is capable of storing a predetermined amount of filtered smoke for a user to optimize smoking of the filtered smoke any time.
[0009]Another object of the present invention is to provide a smoking tool which comprises a control valve adapted for conveniently controlling a flow rate at which filtered smoke is generated so as to optimize the use of the smoking tool for different users. In other words, the present invention is fit for use by a wide variety of smokers who possess different smoking proficiency and preference when using smoking tools.
[0012]Another object of the present invention is to provide a smoking tool which is capable of facilitating optimized smoking by forming a wide variety of filtered smoke of different kinds produced by the smoking tool of the present invention. In other words, different kinds of filtered smoke can be collected in large scale by service providers for future smoking by their customers.
[0013]Another object of the present invention is to provide a method of smoking herb scraps, wherein the smoke is controllably filtered by a predetermined amount of filtering agent which is adapted to be discharged for generating a suction effect.

Problems solved by technology

There are several disadvantages in relation to this kind of conventional water smoke pipe.
This principle of operation imparts great inconvenience to the user and he / she may not be able to store the filtered smoke for consumption in the future.
This is very inconvenient for most users.
Moreover, when the user is careless in some way of another, he or she may indeed break the entire water smoking pipe when pouring the water out from within the pipe.
Furthermore, a typical cleaning process may often involve more than merely pouring out the water.
Since the main pipe body is usually elongated in shape and substantially enclosed, it is often difficult for the user to clean up the inner sidewall of the water smoking pipe.
Third, for the above-mentioned water smoking pipe, it is difficult to control the rate at which the smoke is filtered so that beginners may choke very easily because of his or her failure to determine the rate at which the filtered smoke is inhaled.
An undesirable consequence of this is that the beginner may not wish to use the water smoking pipe again because of his or her bad experience.

Abstract

A smoking tool includes a pipe body, a holder and a control valve. The pipe body has a top opening, a bottom wall, and a smoke storage chamber for containing a filtering agent. The holder, which is detachably supported at the pipe body, includes a cup for holding a predetermined amount of herb scraps such as tobacco to be burnt therein. The control valve is operatively provided at a bottom portion of the pipe body for discharging the filtering agent from the smoke storage chamber in a controlling manner, wherein when the control valve is opened for discharging the filtering agent from the smoke storage chamber to create a suction effect therewithin at the same time that the herb scraps is burnt to generate smoke, the smoke is sucked into the smoke storage chamber through the smoke guiding tube and is filtered by the filtering agent.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE PRESENT INVENTION [0001]1. Field of Invention[0002]The present invention relates to smoking tools, and more particularly to a smoking tool which is capable of storing a predetermined amount of filtered smoke for consumption by user.[0003]2. Description of Related Arts[0004]A conventional water smoke pipe usually comprises a main pipe body having an upper smoking portion, a top opening formed thereon, and a lower filtering portion for storing a predetermined amount of water, and a herb scraps carriage unit detachably coupled with the lower filtering portion of the main pipe body for containing a predetermined amount of herb scraps which is being burnt to generate smoke. The upper smoking portion is communicated with the lower filtering portion so that when the herb scraps are burnt, the user is adapted for generating a suction effect via the top opening of the upper smoking portion whereby the smoke is sucked to mix with the water and then filtered. The filtered smo...
