Description

Technical Field

[0001] The invention relates to the technical field of biofilm reactors, in particular to a method for manufacturing a membrane aerated biofilm reactor (MABR). Background Art

[0002] Membrane aerated biofilm reactor, or MABR, is a novel membrane-biological treatment combination process. In MABR, the aeration membrane not only provides aeration but also serves as a carrier for biofilm growth. The oxygen in the gas phase (inner cavity of the aeration membrane) diffuses into the biofilm through the membrane / biofilm interface, while the substrate in the liquid phase (wastewater) enters the biofilm from the biofilm / liquid phase interface. The outstanding features of MABR are bubble-free aeration and the functional active stratification of the biofilm caused by the heterogeneous mass transfer of oxygen and substrate, which has obvious advantages in the treatment of wastewater with high oxygen demand, high ammonia nitrogen, and volatile pollutants.

[0003] Conventional membrane aerated biofilm reactors directly utilize aeration membranes in combination with biofilms, wherein the biofilm is arranged on the liquid side of the aeration membrane. The biofilm structure is fixed in design and cannot be easily replaced. In real-time use, uneven bacterial communities in the biofilm are prone to occur, affecting the sewage treatment effect. For this reason, a method for manufacturing a membrane aerated biofilm reactor (MABR) is proposed, and a rotating biofilm structure is designed to ensure uniform growth of the bacterial community while providing convenient conditions for the convenient replacement of the biofilm. Summary of the invention

[0004] 1. Technical issues to be solved

[0005] In view of the shortcomings of the prior art, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a membrane aerated biofilm reactor (MABR), which solves the problem that conventional biofilms cannot be easily replaced and the surviving bacteria in the biofilms are prone to unevenness, thus affecting the sewage treatment effect.

[0006] (II) Technical solution

[0007] To achieve the above objectives, the present invention is implemented by the following technical scheme: a method for manufacturing a membrane aerated biofilm reactor (MABR), specifically comprising the following steps:

[0008] Step 1: gas phase construction: prepare two half cylinders, fix them with bolts to form a reaction cylinder, set two sets of aeration membrane assemblies in the reaction cylinder, wherein the two sets of aeration membrane assemblies are arranged in parallel to form a gas phase inner cavity, and set an air inlet pipe connected to the gas phase inner cavity on one half cylinder;

[0009] Step 2, biofilm construction: a filling net frame filled with bioceramic filler is arranged on the opposite side of the two aeration membrane components, and an embedding groove is arranged in the inner arc surface of the half cylinder for the filling net frame to be assembled, and a turntable carrier frame is arranged on the side of the filling net frame away from the aeration membrane component. After the biological carrier is filled in the turntable carrier frame, a biofilm structure is formed;

[0010] Step 3: Drive construction: a drive assembly is set on one half cylinder to drive the turntable carrier frame to rotate.

[0011] By adopting the above technical scheme, a gas phase inner cavity is constructed in the reaction cylinder by using two groups of aeration membrane components, and a filling mesh frame is used to form a layer of biofilm structure. In conjunction with the setting of a rotating carrier frame, a number of biological carriers are filled to form a two-layer biofilm structure. In conjunction with the driving component, it is ensured that the biological carriers on the rotating carrier frame can rotate in the reaction cylinder, thereby ensuring the uniformity of the growth of the bacterial community on the two-layer biofilm structure. The reaction cylinder is constructed by two half cylinders, providing convenient conditions for the disassembly, assembly and replacement of the biofilm structure.

[0012] The present invention is further configured as follows: a sealing semicircular groove is provided on one side opposite to the two half cylinders, and a sealing strip is filled between the two sealing semicircular grooves.

[0013] By adopting the above technical solution, the sealing strip and the sealing semicircular groove are arranged in coordination to ensure the sealing effect of the reaction cylinder formed by the two half cylinders being butted together.

[0014] The present invention is further configured as follows: both sides of the two half cylinders are fixedly connected with fixing plates, and the two fixing plates are fixedly connected by bolts.

[0015] The present invention is further configured as follows: the aeration membrane assembly comprises a containing ring, an aeration membrane body, a wear-resistant breathable fabric and a clamping ring; one side of the aeration membrane body contacts one side of the wear-resistant breathable fabric; the aeration membrane body and the wear-resistant breathable fabric are both sleeved on the outer circumference of the containing ring; the clamping ring is arranged inside the containing ring; the clamping ring is used to clamp the aeration membrane body and the wear-resistant breathable fabric; the inner arc surface of the half cylinder is located between the two aeration membrane assemblies and is fixedly connected with an arc-shaped limit block, which is used to cooperate with the filling mesh frame to ensure the stability of the aeration membrane assembly structure.

[0016] By adopting the above technical solution, wear-resistant and breathable fabric is used as the installation carrier of the aeration membrane body, which ensures the long-term and stable use of the aeration membrane. At the same time, with the cooperation of the clamping ring and the containing ring, the aeration membrane body and the wear-resistant and breathable fabric are easily installed, providing convenient conditions for the easy replacement of the aeration membrane body.

[0017] The present invention is further configured as follows: the turntable-type carrier frame includes a rotating shaft, one side of the rotating shaft is fixedly connected to a driving shaft, a plurality of mesh plates are evenly fixedly connected to the outer circumference of the rotating shaft, a side of the mesh plate away from the rotating shaft is in sliding contact with the inner arc surface of the reaction cylinder, a fan-shaped inserted mesh frame is slidably connected between two adjacent mesh plates, the interior of the fan-shaped inserted mesh frame is filled with biological carriers, and the outer arc surface of the fan-shaped inserted mesh frame is in sliding contact with the inner arc surface of the reaction cylinder.

[0018] By adopting the above technical scheme, a number of mesh plates are used to support the fan-shaped insertion mesh frame, the position of the fan-shaped insertion mesh frame is limited in cooperation with the reaction tube, and the setting of the rotating shaft and the driving shaft is coordinated to provide convenient conditions for the rotation of the mesh plate, thereby making the bacterial colony on the fan-shaped insertion mesh frame grow evenly and providing convenient conditions for the replacement of a single fan-shaped insertion mesh frame.

[0019] The present invention is further configured as follows: the driving component includes two docking plates, the bottoms of the two docking plates are respectively fixedly connected to the front and rear sides of the outer arc surface of a half-cylinder, the top of the front side of the docking plate arranged on the front side is fixedly connected to a driving motor through a connecting frame, the output end of the driving motor is fixedly connected to a linkage shaft through a coupling, one end of the linkage shaft passes through the two docking plates, the outer periphery of the linkage shaft and the side opposite to the two docking plates are sleeved and fixedly connected with a first pulley, the end of the driving shaft away from the rotating shaft passes through the reaction cylinder and is fixedly connected with a second pulley, and the first pulley and the second pulley are connected by belt transmission.

[0020] The present invention is further configured as follows: a semicircular hole adapted to the drive shaft is opened on opposite sides of the two half-cylinders, a replacement door is provided on both front and rear sides of the outer arc surface of one of the half-cylinders, the replacement door is constructed of a mesh plate, and supporting foot plates are fixedly connected to both front and rear sides of the bottom of the outer arc surface of the other half-cylinder.

[0021] By adopting the above technical solution, the driving motor is used to drive the linkage shaft to rotate, and the first pulley, the second pulley and the belt are coordinated to ensure the effective rotation of the driving shaft. While being easy to use, the setting of the semicircular hole further ensures the convenient disassembly and assembly of the entire device.
