The construction method is as follows: the porous basic asphalt mixture is paved on a compacted basic level; the cement base water conservation mucilage is used for grouting construction on the porous basic asphalt mixture; the pore of the porous basic asphalt mixture is filled; redundant sizing agent on the pavement is cleared.
