This application relates to the
papermaking field, and in particular to a
fluidized bed boiler for treating
papermaking sludge. Addressing the shortcomings of existing technologies that cannot rapidly press the
sludge, resulting in difficulty in separating the
moisture contained in the
sludge, the following solution is proposed: a drainage tank; a support plate fixedly connected to one side of the drainage tank, with two baffles fixedly connected to the top of the support plate; a
discharge port located on one side of the drainage tank, with a boiler fixedly connected to one side of the
discharge port; six support columns fixedly connected to the bottom of the drainage tank, the support plate, and the boiler, with an adsorption tank fixedly connected to the top of the boiler; a
flue gas outlet located on the top of the adsorption tank, with a first housing fixedly connected to one side of the drainage tank; and a transmission
assembly fixedly connected to one side of the first housing. This application enables rapid pressing of the sludge, facilitating the separation of
moisture from the sludge.
