The method comprises that a client terminal initiates a path computation request of the autonomous system; the path computing equipment in each autonomous system respectively computes the subsection TE path in the autonomous system where the equipment is locatedaccording to the path computing request message; the TE path crossing autonomous system is established according to the subsection TE path information. The path computing equipment comprises a receiving unit, a location information judging unit, a forwarding unit, a path computing unit and a path memorizing unit, etc. Through applying the path computing equipment and network provided by the present invention, and implementing the method provided by the present invention, the demand of establishing a superior TE path crossing autonomous system can be met, meanwhile, the present invention can guarantee that the topology structure and resource information of the network are unavailable to different operators, thereby the security of the network is enhanced, meanwhile the realization difficulty of establishing the TE path is reduced.
