The inventive embodiment has the advantages that the method searches the existence of the data corresponding to the codes after inputting the codes, displays the name of the data if existing, so as to improve the keyboard input efficiency and achieve rapid corresponding data processing after defining basic information (data) according to the user-defined codes rules.
