Embodiment Construction

[0022] The core idea of the present invention is to use the optical fiber and the optical multiplexing device with idle wavelengths in the optical transmission network to perform wavelength multiplexing on the transmission link between the BBU and the RRU and the physical layer of the existing optical transmission network. The signal is transmitted by means of the existing optical transmission network.

[0023] The method of the present invention will be described in detail below.

[0024] As shown in Figure 1, Figure 1 is a schematic flow chart of the method of the present invention, which may specifically include the following steps:

[0025] Step 101: pre-select optical fibers with idle wavelengths in the optical transmission network, and mark the wavelengths already used in the optical fibers as λ used,m and an idle wavelength of λ free,n , where the subscript used indicates the used wavelength, m=0, 1, 2... indicates the number of the used wavelength; the subscript fr...

Abstract

The invention discloses a process of the multi-plexing of a baseband, a radio frequency communication link and an optical transmission network, which chooses the optic fiber with idle wave length in the optical transmission network, and respectively marks the idle wave length and the used wave length in the fiber wave. The process comprises transforming the signals between a baseband unit and a far-end radio frequency unit or between the far-end radio frequency unit and the far-end radio frequency unit into optical signals, conducting the wave length multi-plexing and or de-multi-plexing for the wave length which is used by the optical signals and the wave length which has used in the optic fiber with idle wave length in the optical transmission network, loading the data on the wave length which is used by the optical signals, and conducting the data transmission through the optic fiber with idle wave length. The invention conducts the wave length multi-plexing among the transmission links between the baseband unit and the far-end radio frequency unit and the current physic layer of the optical transmission network through utilizing the optic fiber with idle wave length in the optical transmission network and optical multi-plexing components, thereby realizing the data transmission under the condition of no increasing the optic fiber physic link.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of communication, in particular to a method for multiplexing a baseband and radio frequency communication link with an optical transmission network. Background technique [0002] In recent years, the architecture development of wireless communication systems has gradually evolved into such a trend: distributed base station system. The so-called distributed base station system is to separate the BBU (Base Band Unit, baseband unit) and RRU (Remote Radio Unit, remote radio unit) of the base station, and connect the BBU and multiple RRUs through transmission means (mainly optical fiber) , the RRU unit can be placed together with the BBU, or it can be placed away from the BBU. This architecture improves the flexibility of networking on the one hand, and reduces the maintenance cost of the network on the other hand. Therefore, this architecture is more and more recognized by users, and there are more and more ap...
