The invention adopts dichotomous smoke venting and dust removing (including desulphurization) method to overcome the disadvantages of the existing smoke venting and dust removing devices; the smoke inlet of the negative-pressure and dust-removing desulfurizer thionizer is communicated with the smoke discharge port of the boiler; the smoke is discharged into the negative-pressure and dust removing tower; the smoke venting, dust removal and desulfurization are completed within the thionizer, i.e. smoke venting is conducted first to ensure the normal combustion of the boiler, and dust removal and desulfurization are conducted later;smoke venting and dust removing do not influence each other; thereby, smoke venting, dust removal and desulfurization are easy to conduct, the dust removing effect is high and the cost is low.
