Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: a policy and charging enforcement function (PCEF) related to user equipment acquires (UE) address information of local policies and a home policy and charging rules function (hPCRF) between which a session is established from an AAA server or a home subscriber server (AAA/HSS) or the PCEF acquires the address information of the PCEF which establishes a session to establish the session with the hPCRF. Meanwhile, the invention discloses a system for realizing the strategy and charging control.
