Abstract

The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: 1. respectively preparing array substrates and color film substrates; 2. coating oriented films on the array substrates and the color film substrates; 3. adopting a friction process, taking a perpendicular bisector in the friction direction as a reference and performing friction orientation processing on the oriented films of the array substrates and the color film substrates at a friction angle of 42-44 degrees; 4. performing cassette to cassette operation on the array substrates and the color film substrates to form liquid crystal panels; and 5. attaching polaroids of compensation films with birefringence of 0.08-0.10 to the liquid crystal panels.
