The invention discloses a baffling tank type supercritical water treatment reactor with a sacrificial lining, comprising a barrel and a catalyst box arranged in the barrel, wherein the upper part of the barrel is connected with a top cover, the lower part of the barrel is connected with a spherical seal head, and the inner side of the barrel, the inner side of the spherical seal head and the inner side of the top cover form the inner wall of a reactor. The baffling tank type supercritical water treatment reactor is characterized in that the inner wall of the reactor is provided with a high-temperature resistant and heat insulating coating layer, the inner wall of the high-temperature resistant and heat insulating coating layer is provided with a sealing coating layer, and the inner wall of the seal coating layer is provided with the sacrificial lining. The combinational use of the two kinds of coating layers on the inner wall of the reactor reduces the temperature of the wall of the reactor and simultaneously prevents the corrosion on the wall of the reactor. The baffling tank type structure of the reactor is beneficial to the effective prevention of reactor blockage caused by salt deposition, and moreover, the catalyst box is convenient to disassemble so that catalysts are simple to load and replace. The invention can be widely applied to a harmless treatment and recycling process for high-concentration organic waste water which is difficult to biochemically degraded.

A method and apparatus for producing purified or ozone enriched air to remove contaminants from fluids is accomplished by exposing an air stream from a surrounding area to ozone generating ultra-violet (UV) radiation to generate ozone in a system ozone chamber. The ozone chamber is configured to reduce through-flow velocity and provide time for the ozone to mix with the air and oxidize contaminants. The air stream subsequently enters a germicidal chamber and is exposed to germicidal UV radiation to destroy bacteria and ozone in the air stream resulting in sterilized air. The radiation source may include an end-cap that interfaces guiding mechanisms to align the end-cap for power connections, and/or controls emission of ozone generating radiation to control production of ozone. Further, the system may include an additional germicidal chamber that exposes an air stream to germicidal radiation prior to treatment within the ozone chamber. Moreover, the system may be configured to include a baffling arrangement to control air through-flow velocity, or may be implemented by a cartridge arrangement, whereby a cartridge housing the chambers and radiation sources is periodically replaced. The system may further be configured for installation within a wall or ceiling, or may be utilized to remove contaminants from and/or ozonate liquids. In addition, the air sterilization systems may be utilized within air treatment systems to remove contaminants from an air stream within these systems.

The composite polyester fiber comprises a sheath layer and a core layer, and has an eccentric sheath-core structure; the sheath layer consists of polytrimethylene terephthalate (PTT) polyester and nanometer antibacterial agents while the core layer is polyethylene glycol terephthalate (PET) polyester. A preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing antibacterial masterbatch; (2) slicing PTT and performing pre-dispersion on the sliced PTT and antibacterial masterbatch to obtain sheath-layer polyester; slicing the sheath-layer polyester and core-layer PET and melting and conveying the sliced sheath-layer polyester and core-layer PET by respectively using a twin-screw extrusion unit and a single-screw extrusion unit to each spinneret orifice of an eccentric sheath-core spinneret plate; shooting out of the spinneret orifices; finally, cooling and solidifying. The composite polyester fiber has the characteristics of high elasticity, comfort and the like of the conventional composite polyester fiber without post-heat treatment, and also has the anti-bacterial function; in addition, because an antibacterial agent is only loaded on the sheath layer, the influence on the cost is reduced; and therefore, the eccentric sheath-core composite polyester fiber can be widely applied to the fields of blanket fabrics, home textile fabrics and the like.

The preparation method comprises the preparation steps of bast fiber pretreatment, oxidation treatment, chitosan acetic acid solution preparation, chitosan-modified oxidized bast fiber fabric preparation, chitosan-modified oxidized bast fiber fabric composite finishing through tea polyphenol and the like. The bast fiber fabric has the good multifunctionality such as the antibacterial property, the wrinkle resistance and the ultraviolet resistance; the preparation technology of the bast fiber fabric is simple and convenient to operate, clean production is achieved in the preparation process, and the requirements of ecological textiles are met.
