Rapid prototyping simulation method of aircraft engine control system

The invention discloses a rapid prototyping simulation method of an aircraft engine control system and belongs to the technical field of design of aircraft engine control systems. First, a control algorithm model is established, the prototype design of the control system is performed through the virtual instrument technology and a real-time hardware platform, the designed aircraft engine control algorithm model is compiled through the automatic code generation technology and downloaded to the real-time hardware platform, and a control algorithm prototype is established rapidly; second, the rapid control prototype is responsible for collecting output signals of an engine simulator after the engine simulator passes through a signal interface unit, relevant control quantities of an engine are calculated according to control instructions and sent to the engine simulator, and the closed loop control over the engine is achieved; finally, a control system designer observes the control effect in real time through a monitoring computer, keeps modifying the control algorithm model according to the requirements of the designer for performance of the control system and repeats the closed loop simulation process of the rapid control prototype till the requirements of the control system designer are met.

A system and method for providing operational control and / or remote monitoring of a manufacturing device as in a foam dispenser device such as a foam-in-bag dispensing device. In architecture, the remote monitoring system includes a server device containing a remote monitoring system. The remote monitoring system further includes a transceiver to receive an indication of a help condition, connect to the manufacturing device; and receive data from the manufacturing device. The present invention can also be viewed as a method for providing remote monitoring of a manufacturing device. The method operates by (1) receiving an indication of a help condition; (2) connecting to the manufacturing device; and (3) receiving data from the manufacturing device. The operational control system is designed to control operation of one or more sub-systems of the manufacturing device as in a foam dispenser's chemical supply (proper temperature and pressure) and solvent supply as well as performance of a reciprocating valve device. With a foam-in-bag system, the control system provides for additional control over, for example, film feed and tensioning, bag edge and end seals as well as dispenser output into the bag. In a preferred embodiment, the operational control system and remote monitoring control interface with each other.

The invention designs a helicopter multi-model fused robust controller for controlling a helicopter and a turboshaft engine nonlinear model forecasting controller for controlling a turboshaft engine respectively, wherein the multi-model fused robust controller is obtained with a method comprising the following steps of: firstly, selecting a certain characteristic parameter of a controlled object, and partitioning the range of the characteristic parameter into a plurality of control subspaces; secondly, designing a corresponding sub-controller in each control subspace respectively; and lastly, performing online fusion on each sub-controller; and the nonlinear model forecasting controller is established with a method comprising the following steps of: training a turboshaft engine model on line to obtain a forecasting model; performing rolling optimization design on the forecasting model with a sequence secondary planning algorithm library; and performing feedback compensation. According to the method, the disturbance rejection capability of a single-rotor wing helicopter / turboshaft engine comprehensive control system can be improved remarkably.

The invention relates to the technical field of single levitation chassis testing for a maglev train, in particular to an electromechanical coupling vibration test device for the maglev train. The device comprises a primary platform for simulating ground support, a secondary platform which is positioned above the primary platform and simulates a track beam, and a track beam rigidity adjusting system for connecting the primary platform and the secondary platform, wherein the track beam rigidity adjusting system and the secondary platform supported by the track beam rigidity adjusting system form simulated maglev train track beam characteristics; and a hydraulic shock excitation system which applies excitation to the primary platform so as to simulate geometrical irregularity of track ground is fixed under the primary platform. The defects of the simplified single-point test or complete-vehicle debugging test for the conventional maglev train are overcome, the complex laboratory simulation of levitation control, elastic beam and coupling vibration environment of a levitation chassis mechanism for the maglev train is realized, the gap in research of key technology for domestic and overseas maglev trains is filled, and a scientific test means is provided for design of a levitation control system of the maglev train, the track beam characteristics and design of the mechanical structure of the levitation chassis.
