pipe; S6, manufacturing outer ribs; s7, assembling the
steel bar component; and S8, forming the reinforcing steel bar component. The inner ribs and the outer ribs of the whole structure are integrally formed in a winding mode, a double-layer closed-loop combined longitudinal rib connection three-dimensional structure is formed, the structure is closed, the
compressive strength of a component can be improved, and the local collapse risk is avoided. The longitudinally-wound steel bars can restrain
radial deviation of the longitudinal bars, and the stability is improved by being matched with supporting of the inner bars. When the inner rib and the outer rib are welded, the longitudinal ribs are stretched while rotating, the longitudinally wound steel bars are welded with the longitudinal ribs, point-by-point
welding is not needed, only the wound steel bars are welded with the longitudinal ribs, and compared with closed stirrups manufactured in an existing manufacturing mode, the
welding workload is greatly reduced, and meanwhile
strength loss caused by
welding breakpoints is avoided.
