The method of the invention can precure the hydrocracking pre-refining catalyst outside the reactor or precure the hydrocracking pre-refining catalyst and partial hydrocracking catalyst outside the reactor, thus reducing the catalyst requiring precuring outside the reactor, reducing the production period and production cost of the precuring catalyst and improving the economic benefit and production security.
