The invention discloses a comprehensive test-bed for an oil film bearing of a rolling mill, belonging to the technical field of testing equipment of oil film bearings of rolling mills. The comprehensive test-bed is characterized by comprising a mechanical system, a motor driving system, a hydraulic loading system, a lubricating system, an air pressure control system, an electric control system and a computer data acquisition system which are combined to form an integral and uniform operation; flow sensors, temperature sensors, pressure sensors and displacement sensors mounted on the bearing and all pipelines are connected to the computer data acquisition system through a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller); and the electric control system is connected with and controls the motor driving system, the hydraulic loading system, the lubricating system and the air pressure control system. The invention realizes integration of an electromechanical hydropneumatic integral system by setting rotation speed of a motor shaft and the dynamically controlling rolling conditions of the hydraulic load and testing performance of the oil film bearing of the rolling mill by the data acquisition system. The system has the advantages of compact structure and convenience for operation, and is suitable for the fields of various teaching and scientific research.

Tower type earthworm and ecological filter for treating sewage

The invention provides a combined process of tower angleworm bio-filters and constructed wetlands for treating the domestic sewage. The combined process comprises the following steps: firstly, the sewage enters a hydrolysis-acidification pool and stabilizes after the action, and the water quantity is adjusted; secondly, the domestic sewage in the hydrolysis-acidification pool is distributed into a hydrolysis-acidification pool for removing COD, total nitrogen, nitrogen-nitrogen, total phosphorus and pathogeny microbes; and thirdly, the tail water in the second step enters a constructed wetland to be subjected to strengthening treatment, thereby building a suitable waterfront surroundings landscape, or the tail water is recycled by serving as reclaimed water. The combined process has the following advantages: firstly, the system hydraulic loading is high, and the surface hydraulic loading can reach 1m<3>/m<2>*d, thereby greatly saving land; and secondly, under the high hydraulic loading, the total nitrogen removal rate of the system can reach more than 85 percent; the removal rates of other materials in the system are all more than 90 percent, the effluent reaches the primary standard of the national sewage comprehensive emission standard (GB8978-1996), and reaches the miscellaneous domestic water quality standard of the PRC construction standard (CJ25.1-89), thereby being able to be recycled by serving as the reclaimed water.

A control cabinet is arranged on the machine body; and the clip seat, the hydraulic tongs, the elevator and the pipe throwing device are connected with a control system in the control cabinet respectively. The oil field workover treatment machine can be assembled and disassembled conveniently and rapidly, thereby not only facilitating transportation, but also changing the positions to meet the requirements of different work. Simultaneously the machine can be laid freely at a well field according to the practical conditions.

Intermittent water supply biological filter

The invention discloses a wastewater treatment system for a novel intermittent water supply biological filter. The novel biological filter is improved from an ordinary biological filter, employs a mixed filter material with relatively small particle sizes to improve an effect of water treatment, and adopts a method of frequently alternating waterflooding states and air-drying states of a filter material layer and installing bottom vent pipe, to replace a natural ventilation for oxygenating and to avoid a blockage of the filter material layer. The intermittent water supply biological filter adopts broken stones (gravels) with particle sizes of 1-2 centimeters mixedly incorporated in particles, with the same size, of magnetite, graphite (or nut shell activated carbon), volcanic, limestone and activated zeolite, as filter materials for water treatment, and can adopt filter materials with diameters of 0.5-1 centimeters if pollutant concentrations of inlet water are relatively low. A height of the filter layer is 1.5- 2 meters; an intermittent quick water distribution is adopted; usually, a water distribution time for every water distribution is 20 minutes; an air-drying state lasts for 60-120 minutes; and a hydraulic load is designed for 2-4 m3/m2d. The biological filter has the advantages of good water quality for outlet water, high hydraulic load, low investment, low energy consumption, low operation cost and simple management, and is particularly suitable for treating domestic wastewater of small cities.

The method comprises the following steps: mixing acclimated sludge and wastewater, adding nutrition, and injecting into the biological filter for aeration; at the same time, stepwise starting internal circulation from bottom to top along the height direction of the filter, and making microorganisms fully contacted with a filter material and attached to the filter material for growth; after a period of culture, discharging mixed liquor, adding high concentration wastewater to continue aeration culture, and exciting the activity of the attached microorganisms; and after a membrane is formed, discharging the high concentration wastewater, continuously introducing water, and making the hydraulic load from low to high until forming a stable biological membrane. High speed water supply aerating biological filter and method for pretreating micro-polluted raw water using the same

The invention discloses a high-speed water-supply biological aerated filter (BAF) and a method of applying the filter to pre-purify micro-contaminated raw water. The high-speed water-supply biological aerated filter comprises two UBAFs which are symmetrically arranged on two sides of a water distributing channel which is arranged on the upper part of a pipe rack where pipes are arranged. The water distributing channel comprises a general water-feeding channel, a first distributing channel, a second distributing channel, a strainer frame and a fixing grid provided with strainers. The micro-contaminated raw water pre-purifying method is as follows: the raw water enters a water distributing zone on the lower part of the filters after distributed and filtered by strainers, and then the water is distributed by filter heads and flows through a pebble bearing layer and a double-layer ceramsite filtering-material of the filters from bottom to top. The same-direction steam and water and the adoption of the double-layer light water-supply ceramsite filtering-material can delay the acceleration lost by the filter heads and provide the essential hydraulic conditions for the high-speed filtering and the collective adoption of a blast aeration system. The invention has high hydraulic load, low manufacturing cost and energy-conserving capability, and can guarantee the efficiency of purifying organisms and ammonia nitrogen. The invention is suitable for the biological pre-purifying to the micro-contaminated water supply.
