system, which comprises a sensing area
coating detection component, a camera, a traffic light receiving component and a main controller. The sensing area
coating detection component comprises sensors pre-installed at sensing
coating positions of intersection stop lines, middle areas of first zebra crossings, rear areas of the first zebra crossings and front areas of second zebra crossings, and a
signal processor integrated in the same main body case together with the traffic light receiving component and the main controller. The camera is independently installed on a rod body and covers the intersection stop lines, the first zebra crossings, the second zebra crossings and vehicle passing areas in the
field of view and is connected with the main controller. When a vehicle covers the corresponding sensing coating, the
signal is interrupted, the
signal processor feeds back the interruption message to the main controller, the main controller synchronously verifies the
light signal transmitted by the traffic light receiving component when receiving the interruption message, and controls the camera to capture illegal images of the vehicle covering different sensing areas four times when the
light signal is red.
