The invention discloses an expressway intelligent OBU device based on real-time data interactions, and the device comprises a data processing module as well as a radio frequency billing module, a GPS module, a GPRS module, a Bluetooth and WIFI module, an acceleration module, a voice communication module, a display module and a user operation module which are separately connected to the data processing module and also comprises a solar cell module which is used for charging of a power source in the radio frequency billing module. The expressway intelligent OBU device based on the real-time data interactions disclosed by the invention has the advantages that accurate billing can be realized; behaviors violating laws and regulations can be managed; the information and data interactions between a driver and an expressway management center can be established; finally expressway communication conditions can be managed effectively; travelling efficiency can be increased; and orders and smooth traffic of an expressway are ensured.
