drill hole is formed in the position, away from one side of the foundation pit, of the underground diaphragm wall, an all-casing full-slewing drilling
machine is adopted for conducting segmented drilling on wall concrete and profile steel joints in the wall concrete, segmented
cutting and taking out are conducted, and the vertical obstacle removing hole is backfilled; a horizontal or nearly horizontal
drill hole is formed in the position, close to one side of the foundation pit, of the underground diaphragm wall, a horizontal
diamond drilling
machine is adopted for
cutting and taking out the profile steel connector within the range of the shield tunnel portal, and a horizontal obstacle removing hole is blocked or backfilled; and finally,
shield tunneling machine crossing construction is implemented. According to the method, the obstacle removing target is clear, side-by-side mechanical obstacle removing of the underground diaphragm wall with the section steel joints can be achieved under the conditions that a large-
diameter obstacle removing well is not constructed and underground excavation manual obstacle removing is not carried out, and the method is verified through indoor and
field tests and is suitable for being used in
subway station crossing projects with limited fields.
