The invention relates to an enzymatically decomposed clam oligopeptide having a recovery effect on a non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) cell model. The clam oligopeptide is characterized by comprising an amino acid sequence of Gln Leu Asn Trp Asp. The invention also relates to a preparation method of the enzymatically decomposed clam oligopeptide having the recovery effect on the NAFLD cell model. Compared with the prior art, the following advantages can be achieved: the NAFLD cell model is established by virtue of induction of palmitic acid and the damaged liver cells in a body are simulated sufficiently, and the result indicates that the TG content of the in-vitro NAFLD cell model established 48 hours after induction by 15 micrograms/milliliter palmitic acid increased remarkably in comparison with that of normal liver cells; oil red O staining shows that the number of intracellular lipid droplets of the model group is increased in contrast with that of the cells of a normal group, and the cell mortality rate is low and the repeatability is good, and therefore, the modeling method is simple, convenient and feasible; meanwhile, the enzymatically decomposed clam oligopeptide having the obvious recovery effect on the NAFLD cell model can be separated out from clams.

The invention discloses a method for measuring lubricating grease drop point. The method comprises the following steps of: for the lubricating grease at normal temperature, applying a periodic shearing action at certain frequency, gradually increasing the amplitude of a stress or strain; according to a dynamic mechanical behavior shown by the lubricating grease, determining a linear viscoelastic range in which the lubricating grease has basically constant energy storage modulus and loss modulus; and selecting a certain stress value or strain value in the linear viscoelastic range, maintaining the same frequency, heating the lubricating grease by a certain program, measuring the temperature at which energy storage modulus of the lubricating grease is reduced to be equal to the loss modulus, and using the measured value as the drop point of the lubricating grease. The measurement method of the invention has the advantages of effectively avoiding the interference of the size and mounting method of the instrument, the heating temperature, gravity of lubricating grease drops and the like existing in the conventional method for measuring the lubricating grease drop point, obtaining data result with higher repeatability and providing a more accurate and reliable experimental basis for the determination of the maximum service temperature of the lubricating grease or the selection of the lubricating grease under specific conditions.

The method comprises the following steps: selecting a germanium-antimony-tellurium crystal thin film of which the surface is deposited on a carbon supporting film copper carrying net with a standard size of a transmission electron microscope;carrying out surface pretreatment on the prepared film sample by adopting a plasma cleaning technology, and carrying out plasma cleaning by selecting argon; placing a pretreated electron microscope sample in the transmission electron microscope, and searching an area which is smooth in surface, free of carbon deposition, pollution and damage and uniform in thickness in the thin film sample to serve as an irradiation area; setting irradiation parameters, and inducing the material to be gradually amorphized; and observing and recording the evolution process of the amorphous structure of the material in situ, and analyzing the amorphous phase change mechanism of the material. According to the method, the gradual amorphization of the germanium-antimony-tellurium material is realized through electron beam irradiation, and the structural evolution process of the material amorphization is directly observed and analyzed by virtue of the transmission electron microscope, so that the convenientresearch method and a reliable experimental basis are provided for exploring the amorphization mechanism of the germanium-antimony-tellurium material.
