The method comprises the following steps of S1, acquiring an engine exhaust temperature EGT and an engine inlet temperature T2, and determining a difference value between the engine exhaust temperature EGT and the engine inlet temperature T2; S2, giving a correction coefficient associated with the difference value if the difference value is larger than a first set value; and S3, correcting a reference starting oil-gas ratio according to the correction coefficient to obtain a hot-starting oil-gas ratio, and controlling the fuel supply amount according to the heat-starting oil-gas ratio. According to the method, the engine parameters are monitored to automatically correct the oil supply of the engine starting process, and the problem that the engine hot starting exhaust temperature is too high is effectively solved; and thetemperature of an engine is not required to be reduced before hot-starting, so that the operation process of a user is simplified, and the labor and the material cost of the user are saved.
