Gas-fired boiler starting control method and system

The invention relates to the technical field of boiler control, and discloses a gas-fired boiler starting control method and system. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring initial operation parameters such as hearth pressure, water inlet temperature, flue gas oxygen content and fuel valve opening of the gas-fired boiler, establishing a thermodynamic state model in a starting stage according to the initial operation parameters, and dividing dynamic response thresholds of different load intervals; and calculating a theoretical fuel supply rate of the combustor based on the model, generating and dynamically updating a fuel supply correction coefficient in combination with a threshold value, synchronously marking key nodes according to abnormal distribution of hearth temperature, and adjusting a spatial air distribution strategy of the combustor. And after the correction coefficient is subjected to multi-stage buffer smoothing, a fuel control instruction is output to an executing mechanism. And switching to steady state control after the boiler reaches the preset load. The method adapts to the characteristics of a power plant unit, so that the starting process is more stable, the damage to a heated surface and pollutant emission are reduced, and rapid grid connection is assisted.

Controller for making a power converter start up normally and operational method thereof

PendingUS20260189133A1ConvertersControl engineering
A controller for making a power converter start up normally includes a detection circuit, an upper-bridge power supply pre-charge circuit and a driving signal generation circuit. During the power converter starting up, the detection circuit detects a feedback voltage and adjusts the lower-bridge turning-on time of a lower-bridge switch driving signal of a lower-bridge switch of the power converter according to the feedback voltage. The upper-bridge power supply pre-charge circuit generates the lower-bridge switch driving signal according to the lower-bridge turning-on time and stops generating the lower-bridge switch driving signal when the feedback voltage meets a first predetermined condition. When the upper-bridge power supply pre-charge circuit stops generating the lower-bridge switch driving signal, the driving signal generation circuit generates the lower-bridge switch driving signal to the lower-bridge switch and an upper-bridge switch driving signal to an upper-bridge switch of the power converter to make the power converter operate normally.

Method for starting up a phase-locked loop, and corresponding integrated circuit

In a start-up sequence of a phase-locked loop, the voltage-controlled oscillator is controlled by a first voltage to operate in a linear regime and a first count of a register of a frequency divider is read. Then, the voltage-controlled oscillator is controlled by a second voltage having an offset from the first voltage and a second count of the register is read. A slope of the linear regime is then determined from a difference between the first and second counts and an offset of the first and second voltages. A determination is made of a third voltage needed to reach a target frequency of the output signal as a function of the slope and a deviation between a current value of the register count and a target value corresponding to the target frequency. The voltage-controlled oscillator is then controlled with the third voltage.
