The system includes an onboard energy management system, a battery management system, an auxiliary power system, an energy storage battery pack, a static transfer switch, and an energy storage converter. The auxiliary power system bypasses conventional processes to directly wake up the underlying control loop. The onboard energy management system controls the energy storage converter to actively disconnect from the grid tracking mechanism. The energy storage converter autonomously and independently performs rapid AC voltage build-up based on an embedded high-speed computing chip. After voltage build-up, it switches to an off-grid constant voltage and constant frequency operating mode, providing initial startup power to paralyzed loads through the static transfer switch.
