This application proposes a fault redundancy switching method and
system for
urban rail transit switch machines. Belonging to the field of switch
machine fault diagnosis, the method includes: determining whether a switch
machine has malfunctioned according to preset unified rules; when a fault is determined to have occurred, collecting
relay timing information and indicated
voltage information during the switch
machine's operation; based on the
relay timing information and indicated
voltage information, determining whether the fault is indoor or outdoor according to preset diagnostic logic; if it is an indoor fault, performing two-level safety
verification: the first level verifies and generates a switching request, and the second level verifies the
interlocking safety conditions; only when both levels of
verification pass, driving the redundancy switching circuit to switch the
control circuit from the primary circuit to the
backup redundant circuit; if it is an outdoor fault, generating outdoor fault alarm information. It can accurately locate indoor and outdoor faults and automatically perform safe redundancy switching in the event of an indoor fault.
