The invention discloses a solution for merging an open
cold storage system into a closed central air-conditioning
system, which relates to the technical field of
energy conservation of central air-conditioning systems, and comprises the following steps of: setting a timetable automatic
operation mode on an
SCADA (
Supervisory Control and
Data Acquisition) monitoring unit according to valley, flat and peak
electricity price time periods published by the State Grid Corporation of China; the
SCADA monitoring unit automatically executes a
cold storage mode instruction, starts a
refrigeration host and controls a valve to enable
ice water at the temperature of 5 DEG C to preferentially flow through a
cold storage tank for heat exchange until the water outlet temperature of the cold
storage tank reaches a target value; when the unit time enters a level power period, the
SCADA monitoring unit is switched to a cold
machine mode according to a
time table instruction, a cold
storage tank pipeline valve is closed, and independent cold supply of the
refrigeration main
machine is recovered; and when the unit time enters the peak power period, the SCADA monitoring unit executes the peak
power mode instruction. The self-operated
pressure balance valve is used for dynamically adjusting the grid-connected
voltage difference based on the PID
algorithm to achieve pressure pre-balance, then the electric adjusting valve is controlled to be slowly opened, and the
refrigeration main
machine is started to achieve collaborative cooling.
