power equipment. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring the temperature and
humidity in the gas tank, and calculating the
moisture content according to the
humidity; acquiring the pressure value of the gas tank; calculating the actual density of the gas in the gas tank according to the pressure value, the
moisture content and the temperature; calculating the theoretical
pressure difference range corresponding to the working frequency of the air blowing device based on the actual density; acquiring the
gas pressure difference value on both sides of the filtering
assembly through a
pressure difference sensor; and generating a filter cotton replacement prompt information in the case that the
gas pressure difference value exceeds the theoretical
pressure difference range. According to the temperature and
humidity sensor
signal, the air blowing device is controlled to run, dry air treated by a dehumidifier is sent into the gas tank; meanwhile, the opening degree of an electromagnetic
proportional valve is adjusted based on the feedback of a
pressure detection device, the wet hot gas is discharged, the gas replacement is realized through coordination of air intake and air exhaust, the
positive pressure value of the gas tank is maintained, and the cooling and dehumidification effects are achieved.
