box model is machined; thirdly, an automobile battery box die is manufactured; fourthly, materials are prepared; and fifthly, an automobile battery box is manufactured, the surface of a cavity of the automobile battery box die is coated with a releasing agent and coated with a gel coat layer in a sprayed mode, carbon
fiber cloth is laid through 3M spraying glue, vacuumizing is conducted after an auxiliary tool is placed,
epoxy modified vinylite is led into, releasing is conducted after curing is finished, trimming and
punching are conducted on a product according to a drawing, and the inner face is coated with insulation
varnish in a sprayed mode. The invention further discloses the carbon
fiber automobile battery box manufactured through the method. By reasonably designing a structure and a laying mode, better
mechanical strength and lower use weight can be achieved, and compared with the weight of a battery box with the traditional material, the weight of the carbon fiber battery box is reduced by 44.1%.
