The invention relates to a double diffusion intussusception forge technique of a bearing ring of a tapered roller, belongs to the technical field of forging of the bearing ring of the tapered roller and mainly aims at solving the problems that the existing ring forging technique is not suitable for various bearing rings of the large and medium size tapered rollers. The technique is mainly characterized in that: (1) a GCr15 steel material section is heated to 1050 DEG C on a medium frequency induction furnace, then upset on a press, extruded backward and forward, formed, sheathed respectively and is separated into an outer sleeve and an inner sleeve or a small outer sleeve blank; (2) the outer sleeve blank is ring-rolled on a ring rolling machine, then reeled on the press and cooled into an outer sleeve forged parts of a bearing; and (3) the inner sleeve or the small outer sleeve blank is placed on the press, upset again, extruded and punched and then a ring part is obtained which is ring-rolled on the ring rolling machine, then an inner sleeve hot forged part after being ring-rolled is reeled on the press and then cooled to obtain the inner sleeve forged part of the bearing. The technique is mainly used for manufacturing the inner and outer ring forged parts of the bearing of the large and medium size tapered roller with various types, small batch or large batch.

Three-dimensional omni-directional antenna designs for ultra-wideband applications

The present invention generally relates to the field of microwave antennas, and, more particularly, to a number of three-dimensional designs for the radiation element of an ultra-wideband monopole antenna with a symmetrical omni-directional radiation pattern operated in the frequency range between 3.1 GHz and 10.6 GHz. Said antenna is connected to the analog front-end circuitry of a wireless communication device used for transmitting and/or receiving microwave signals and meets the FCC requirements in terms of antenna gain, radiation pattern, polarization, frequency bandwidth, group delay, and size. It comprises a radiation element consisting of an air- and/or dielectric-filled cavity structure with a base plane and a radiator plane. A metallic ground plane having a relatively high surface impedance to electromagnetic waves within said frequency range, which is printed on a dielectric substrate, serves as a reflector. The monopole antenna further comprises an antenna feeding circuitry used for electronically steering the symmetrical omni-directional radiation pattern and a feeding line connecting the antenna feeding circuitry with the base plane of the radiation element. Thereby, parts of the analog front-end circuitry can optionally be placed within the air-filled part of the radiation element of the antenna. The proposed designs include a radiation element having the form of a truncated right circular cone, rotational-symmetric radiation elements with a convexly- or concavely-shaped 3D surface, respectively, a radiation element in the form of a truncated right regular pyramid with a square base plane, and radiation elements with a combined structure comprising a conical, pyramidal, convexly- or concavely-shaped first part and a closed cylindrical or cuboidal second part whose top plane is arranged on top of the congruent base plane of said first part. Further embodiments include radiation elements with the form of a radially notched cylinder or hemisphere as well as combined structures consisting of at least two convexly-shaped elements or two conical parts, respectively, stacked on top of each other.

The invention provides a method for detecting a hook face circular hole based on a three-dimensional point cloud. The method comprises the steps that firstly, three-dimensional points on the edge of the circular hole to be detected on the point cloud are accurately extracted; then least square plane fitting is conducted on the edge points of the circular hole, so that an initial plane of a projection is obtained, the edge points are projected to the plane, and a coordinate system is converted, so that two-dimensional points of the projection are obtained; the radius of a least square circle and two orthogonal fixing rotary axes of the projection points are obtained; when the radius of the circle can not meet the judgment criterion of the circle, a least square plane respectively rotates around the two rotary axes, projection and iterative computation are conducted again until the radius of the circle meets the judgment criterion of the circle, so that the normal of the least square plane is the axial direction of the circular hole and the radius of the least square circle of the projection two-dimensional points is the radius of the circular hole. According to the method, the axial direction and the radius of the circular hole can be rapidly detected from the three-dimensional point cloud.

Through the microstructure of the periodic pattern, stress caused by lattice mismatch between a GaN epitaxial layer or the like and the substrate, and dislocation density in the GaN epitaxial layer or the like can be reduced, the crystal quality of the GaN epitaxial layer or the like is improved and the brightness of an LED (light-emitting diode) is better improved. The invention additionally provides a mask consisting of a circular array, elliptical array or polygonal array. The internal part of each circular, elliptical or polygonal area in the array comprises m+1 concentric circular rings, concentric elliptical rings or concentric polygonal rings with different transmittances. The invention additionally provides a method for producing the patterned substrate by using the provided mask. The method is easy to realize and the cost is low.
