Therefore, when a moving object in the image has influence on the colourity average value of the whole frame image, misjudgment whether the actual light source property changes can be avoided, thus being capable of avoiding triggering the white balance adjustment when the color temperature of the actual light source doesnot change, also being capable of avoiding that the white balance adjustment is not triggered when the color temperature of the actual light source changes.
