Problems solved by technology

The wounded and sick have accidents in the field, highways and other places far away from the hospital, resulting in continuous bleeding. It is difficult to achieve hemostasis in a short time, which is not conducive to the rescue of the wounded and sick.
[0004] In addition, the existing methods of hemostasis often cause trauma to the human body, such as cauterization of the wound will lead to necrosis of human tissue, and it is easy to leave scars, and if the operation is inadvertent, it will cause new diseases

[0027] see figure 1 , the present embodiment has a housing 1 made of a flexible material, preferably, the flexible material is rubber, cloth, etc., and the housing 1 is made into a common mask shape and size. Two straps 3 are arranged on both sides of the shell 1, so that the patient can tie the ultrasonic hemostat to the bleeding site.

[0028] An installation hole 2 is provided on the surface of the housing 1 , and an ultrasonic transducer 15 is arranged in the installation hole 2 . When using the ultrasonic hemostasis instrument, the surface provided with the installation hole 2 is closely attached to the bleeding site, and fixed with a strap 3, and the ultrasonic transducer 15 is used to emit ultrasonic waves to coagulate the blood flow so as to achieve hemostasis.

[0029] see figure 2 In this embodiment, the central processing unit 11, the transmitting circuit 14, the ultrasonic transducer 15, the receiving circuit 16 and the analog-to-digital conversion circuit 18, w...

Abstract

The invention provides an ultrasonic hemostat and a hemostasis method thereof. The ultrasonic hemostat comprises a central processing unit which is provided with a main control unit, an ultrasonic transmitting control unit and a blood flow calculation unit; the central processing unit further comprises a transmitting circuit for receiving the signals sent from the ultrasonic transmitting control unit, an ultrasonic transducer for receiving the voltage output by the transmitting circuit, and a receiving circuit for receiving the signals returned by the ultrasonic transducer. The hemostasis method comprises the following steps: the ultrasonic transmitting control unit controls the ultrasonic transducer to send out detection ultrasonic waves; the ultrasonic transducer receives the returned detection ultrasonic waves and transmits the detection ultrasonic waves to the blood flow calculation unit; the blood flow calculation unit calculates the bleeding positions and sends the calculation results to the main control unit; the main control unit calculates the transmitting power of the ultrasonic waves and sends the control information to the transmitting circuit; the transmitting circuit outputs the control voltage to the ultrasonic transducer, and the ultrasonic transducer sends out the hemostasis ultrasonic waves. The invention is capable of stopping bleeding in a short time, and has the advantages of high portability and fewer wounds on human bodies.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a medical device, in particular to an ultrasonic hemostasis instrument using ultrasonic technology to realize hemostasis and a hemostasis method using the hemostatic instrument. Background technique [0002] In current surgeries, half the surgeon's time on the operating table is spent helping patients stop bleeding. Common hemostasis methods include: applying hemostatic forceps to stop bleeding, cauterizing wounds, and using drugs to constrict blood vessels, etc., but none of these methods can effectively achieve hemostasis in a short period of time. Once the patient's blood flow does not stop, it will endanger the patient's life. [0003] Most of the existing hemostasis methods need to be carried out in hospitals or designated medical locations, and require professional medical personnel to operate, which have higher requirements on the environment and personnel for implementing hemostasis. The wounded and sick have accidents...
