The invention relates to a medical compound micropore polysaccharide and application in hemostasis on wound surface bleeding areas of various wounds and operation tissues. The medical compound micropore polysaccharide is prepared by adopting a method with the following steps: (1) preparing starch fluid; (2) preparing carboxymethyl chitosan solution; (3) mixing the starch fluid and the carboxymethyl chitosan solution, and adding dispersant and emulsifier into the mixture; (4) emulsifying, crosslinking and co-polymerizing; and (5) refining, drying, packing and sterile treatment. The invention also discloses application of the medical compound micropore polysaccharide in preparing a hemostasis medicament used for the wound surface bleeding areas of wounds and operation tissues. The medical compound micropore polysaccharide of the invention has the following characteristics: 1, the hemostasis time is short, namely the hemostasis is generally finished in 3 to 5 minutes; 2, the medical compound micropore polysaccharide has no antigenicity, has polysaccharide components, and has no protein or immune reaction; 3, the medical compound micropore polysaccharide can be fully degraded and absorbed in vivo; 4, the medical compound micropore polysaccharide is a sterile product and is convenient to use by opening; and 5, the tissue reaction is light. Therefore, the medical compound micropore polysaccharide is a comparatively ideal surgical hemostasis product.

Preparation and application of a hemostatic sponge with rapid blood absorption and orderly channels

The invention discloses the preparation and application of a hemostatic sponge with fast blood absorption and orderly channels, and belongs to the field of biomedical materials and medical instruments. In the present invention, the methacrylated collagen ColMa, the methacrylated hyaluronic acid HAMA and the photoinitiator are dissolved in water to prepare a sponge precursor solution, and then the obtained sponge precursor solution is poured into a mold, and the mold is heated at a certain speed. Clinical first-aid hemostatic material

The invention discloses a clinical first-aid hemostatic material. The clinical first-aid hemostatic material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight of 70-80 parts of a cyclodextrin-based polyvinyl glycine copolymer, 5-10 parts of N-(3-triethoxysilyl propyl) glucosamide modified carbon sponge and 1-5 parts of chitosan modified hairyvein agrimony powder. The preparation method of the cyclodextrin-based polyvinyl glycine copolymer comprises the following steps of dissolving vitamin K2, L-vinyl glycine, allyl cyclodextrin, allyl diethylene glycol dicarbonate, polyethyleneglycol monoallyl ether and an initiator in a high-boiling-point solvent, and carrying out a stirring reaction for 3-5 h in a nitrogen or inert gas atmosphere; and then precipitating in ethanol, washing with acetone for 3-5 times, and drying in a vacuum drying oven at the temperature of 80-85 DEG C for 10-15 hours to obtain the cyclodextrin-based polyvinyl glycine copolymer. The hemostatic materialdisclosed by the invention is more remarkable in hemostatic effect, shorter in hemostatic time, more economical and better in use safety.
