The method comprises that: a WEB Server receives a set monitoring condition; the WEB Server generates a configuration file according to the monitoring condition, and the configuration file comprises the monitoring condition; the WEB Server sends the configuration file to each App Server; in the proceeding process of mobile data service, each App Server transmits a command of starting a monitoring task to each front-end computer, and the command of starting the monitoring task comprises the configuration file; each front-end computer returns a user behavior record to the App Server to which the front-end computer belongs, and the user behavior record comprises a state of the mobile data service in the proceeding process; and the App Server receiving the user behavior record returns the user behavior record to a terminal through the WEB Server.
