Abstract

The invention provides a dynamic environment flow calculation method aiming at the defects of poor practicality and poor operability in the traditional environment flow calculation method. The method comprises the following steps: calculating the state space of the initial environment flow by using a monthly-guaranteed-probability method; according to the actual utilization situation of the water resource development, after comprehensively considering the natural factors and social factors, forming the state space of the environment flow; and evaluating each environment flow state by using the improved hydrologic index method, thereby converting the calculation of the environment flow from the static state into the dynamic state. The method has the characteristic of high evaluation speed on environment flow, and can provide a reliable basis for water resource management.
