The method comprises the steps of analyzing musical attributes of input notes; analyzing the notes and chord mapping of the input notes; determining a music structure through the preset rule 1 according to the music attributes, a chord mapping relation and a music material library, wherein the music structure is composed of matched chord progressive forms selected from the music material library; and selecting matched melody from the music material library to obtain melody tracks to generate the MIDI music. Through the invention, the MIDI music can be automatically generated by inputting several notes, and the music has the characteristic of the input notes and certain entertainment, thus enabling the creation of music to be simple and automatic.
