The method comprises the following steps of: generating a generation A by taking the euonymus bungeanus as stock and the buxus sinica as scion; generating a generation B by taking the euonymus bungeanus as stock and the euonymus as scion; generating a generation C by taking the euonymus bungeanus as stock and the Russian buxus sinica as scion; generating a generation D by taking the buxus sinica as stock and the Russian buxus sinica as scion; generating a generation X by taking the generation A as stock and the generation B as scion; generating a generation Y by taking the generation C as stock and the generation D as scion; and generating a generation W by taking the generation X as stock and the generation Y as scion to obtain the variety of the cold-resistant evergreen tree which is named a mid-winter green tree.
