Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides service transport system, equipment and method. The service transport system comprises the service transport equipment and a packet switching core, wherein the service transport equipment is used for receiving an SDH (Synchronous Digital Hierarchy) line signal from access layer equipment of a TDM (Time Division Multiplexing) switching network, converting the SDH line signal into TDM service, separating the TDM service into EOS (End of Signaling) service and non-EOS service, then converting the EOS service into packet service corresponding to the packet switching core and sending the packet service to the packet switching core; and the packet switching core is used for receiving the packet service and sending the packet service to convergence layer equipment of a packet switching network. The embodiment of the invention realizes the communication of the pocket service between the packet switching network and the TDM switching network without modifying the access layer equipment, thereby saving the cost.
