The modularized manual acetabulum cup comprises a bowl-shaped semicircular acetabulum cup and an extending shell, wherein the acetabulum cup is provided with an outer circumferential surface contacting with the acetabular fossa and an inner circumferential surface connected with the artificial thighbone bulb, and one side edge of the outer circumferential surface protrudes out of the acetabular fossa and is provided with a first connecting part; the extending shell is provided with a second connecting part jointed with the first connecting part; the extending shell is provided with an abutting surface attached to the bone wall near the acetabular fossa, a jointing surface connected to a plane formed by an opening of the acetabulum cup and an outer plane connected with the jointing surface and provided with an angle relative to the jointing surface; and the extending shell is provided with a plurality of positioning holes penetrating through the abutting surface and the outer plane. In the invention, different sizes of extending members are combined to be attached to various acetabulum cups with acetabular fossa shapes, therefore, different sizes of extending shells are produced to meet the requirements on various patients by changing the angle of the jointing surface relative to the abutting surface.
